Ashley Dutra brings over a decade of experience partnering with Founders and CEOs of venture backed startups and public companies.
Prior to starting CoCreate Talent, Ashley was a Partner and early member of the People and Talent Practice at True Search, supporting the firm’s growth from 100-800+ people over seven years. Ashley also led GTM recruiting for Counsyl, a genetic testing company backed by Founders Fund and Felicis Ventures. She specializes in building the leadership functions of high-growth organizations, and providing counsel to CEOs and founders during their most critical moments of scale.
Ashley is deeply passionate about entrepreneurship, early stage investing, human design, meditation, nature, and the future of food. When she is not working you can find her hiking in Marin, at the local farmers market, or traveling with her partner.
