Mike brings nearly two decades of experience building and scaling talent teams across nearly every stage of company growth. His career has taken him from the early-stage environment at Lever, through periods of rapid growth at Eventbrite and Handshake, to an established company scaling quickly at Zappos and a global organization at Atlassian. Most recently, he led talent acquisition at Woodruff Sawyer, keeping critical hiring on track through a major acquisition.

Mike is a creative problem-solver who loves building strong teams and delivering great candidate experiences. He has deep experience using systems, tools, technology, and data to make recruiting more efficient and uncover where it can improve. His approach is grounded in a simple belief: no process is ever finished, and there is always a better way to hire.

Mike enjoys spending time with his wife and two sons biking around Las Vegas where he lives. Outside of family time, Mike enjoys road trips, several cups of coffee and the Green Bay Packers.
