Annemarie brings years of recruiting experience at high-growth and public companies including Uber, Slack, Salesforce, Carta, and Vercel.

She specializes in operationalizing high-volume, fast-paced hiring sprints—partnering closely with the business to translate needs into targeted searches and building trust with candidates by selling the opportunity in a way that resonates. Notable placements include Senior Director of GTM Enablement at Carta, Senior Director of Compute & Platform Engineering at Vercel, and Director of Business Development at Uber.

Outside of work, Annemarie is an avid international traveler with a love for off-the-beaten-path destinations, including Cuba, Petra in Jordan, Angkor Wat in Cambodia, Vietnam, and Colombia.

ENGINEERING

Ashley is a technical recruiter who partners with startups and public tech companies to build high-performing engineering teams, with experience across Series A–D environments and larger organizations including Clutter, Step, Cash App, and Growth by Design Talent.

Ashley was an early talent team member at Clutter and Step, where she helped build recruiting infrastructure from the ground up while scaling EPD hiring during critical growth phases. Most recently, she supported Cash App's Engineering Management hiring, focusing on high-signal evaluation, calibrated processes, and a white-glove candidate experience.

She is known for delivering a high-touch, thoughtful, and transparent candidate experience—and for being a natural connector who builds trust quickly across founders, hiring managers, and candidates. Outside of work, you'll find her hanging with her dog, hunting for a new coffee shop, and learning the art (and math) of points-based travel hacking.

EXECUTIVE SEARCH

Brett brings over a decade of experience in executive search, partnering with companies across all sizes and industries. For the second half of his career, he has specialized in working with venture capital and private equity-backed startups, with a focus on People leadership positions.

Prior to joining CoCreate, Brett was at JM Search, where he partnered with mid-cap private equity firms. He was also an early member of the People, Talent & Legal Practice at True Search, where he specialized in People, Talent, and Total Rewards searches across a range of startup organizations. Brett began his career in New York at a boutique, commodity trading-focused executive search firm before joining Korn Ferry, first in Los Angeles and later in Philadelphia.

Outside of work, Brett lives in Santa Monica, CA with his two-year-old dog, Waverley. He enjoys spending time outdoors, golfing, and cheering on the New England Patriots, Boston Bruins, and Fulham Football Club.

GTM

Brit brings many years of experience leading People & Talent strategy across high-growth companies, with deep expertise in scaling GTM and senior leadership teams in B2B SaaS and PLG environments.

Prior to joining CoCreate, Brit founded Hearthside Talent, a Recruiting and People Operations consultancy, and led People & Talent strategy at companies including Gamma, OpenEd, Beamer, and Smartcat. Before that, she built talent acquisition teams and functions at SaaS unicorns Drift and PandaDoc.

She specializes in building predictable, scalable recruiting operations from the ground up—combining strategic workforce planning with hands-on recruitment partnership. Outside of work, Brit volunteers with local organizations in Sarasota, FL to promote food security and human rights, and enjoys exploring bike trails, breweries, and being mom to her favorite little human, Aria.

ENGINEERING

Courtney is a talent leader with over 15 years of experience building and scaling high-performing teams at companies including Meta, LinkedIn, Dropbox, and high-growth startups.

During nearly five years at Meta, Courtney was drove candidate volume and delivering hires for complex, business-critical roles. She led recruiting initiatives for Meta's Privacy, Security, and Integrity team, supporting organizations operating at the intersection of trust, risk, and innovation. Throughout her career, she has specialized in hiring senior-level and leadership talent, helping organizations attract individuals who can scale impact and drive long-term success. Most recently, she designed and owned the end-to-end talent process at Oakstop, a social impact startup, overseeing hiring across six locations during a period of expansion.

She brings a strategic, people-first approach to recruiting at every stage of growth. Outside of work, Courtney enjoys traveling, volunteering in her community, and spending time with family and friends.

GTM

Crista brings years of recruiting experience with a specialization in Go-to-Market hiring, with experience at companies including Slack, Salesforce, Hightouch, Vercel, Datafold, and Mindbody.

At Slack, Crista played a key role in expanding GTM teams, doubling both the Customer Success and Solutions Engineer organizations and consistently delivering the highest number of U.S. placements for two consecutive years. Notable placements include VP of Brand Marketing and Senior Director of Communications at Slack, Director of Solutions Engineering at Salesforce, and Director of Business Development at Mindbody.

Outside of work, Crista loves getting outdoors—she hs visited 26 U.S. and 11 international national parks, with multiple backpacking trips along coastlines and through the mountains.

ENGINEERING

Giovanna brings several years of experience supporting talent growth at fast-moving, product-driven companies, with a focus on technical sourcing, candidate engagement, and building trusted relationships with candidates and hiring teams.

She currently works as a Technical Sourcer at Gamma, where she partners with hiring teams to identify, engage, and attract top technical talent through thoughtful, candidate-first sourcing strategies. Prior to Gamma, Giovanna spent several years at Dropbox, where she began her career in business development before transitioning into technical sourcing. During her time there, she played a key role in building strong talent pipelines and supporting hiring efforts during periods of growth and change.

She is known for her curiosity, adaptability, and people-first approach to recruiting. Outside of work, Giovanna enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with friends.

ENGINEERING

Michael brings over 15 years of technical recruiting experience, with a career largely focused on backend and infrastructure engineering—from ICs to Director-level hires.

Prior to joining CoCreate, Michael was part of the early days of SRE recruiting at Google before supporting the production engineering teams at Meta. He ran SRE and cloud recruiting at Airbnb, where he built out the entire infrastructure recruiting process from scratch and helped grow the team 2x prior to their IPO. Most recently, he served as a consultant with Spruce Talent, building ML teams at the Arc Institute and product and security engineering teams at HealthSherpa.

He specializes in infrastructure and platform engineering hiring and approaches every search with a problem-solving, can-do mindset. Outside of work, Michael enjoys playing with his cats, home improvement and gardening projects with his wife, and playing golf.
