Stefanie is a technical recruiter with over 10 years of experience at high-growth public companies and startups. She spent the greater part of a decade at Block, working across both Square and Cash App. During that time, she led hiring across all technical teams and disciplines, from scaling the engineering team to hiring product leaders for Square's bank charter. In her later years there, she focused on hiring for the org's most critical priorities including engineering leadership and highly specialized tech roles.

Most recently, she made the jump to the startup world at Credit Genie, a Series B fintech. There, she helped build the Risk and Engineering teams from the ground up, while making key leadership hires.

Stefanie is known as a relationship builder, being a trusted advisor to hiring stakeholders and executives, and a strong advocate for her candidates. She delivers a white-glove experience and raises the bar on interview quality and the caliber of talent she brings to her teams.

Stefanie lives in Marin County, CA, and outside of work enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and two cats.
