Prior to joining CoCreate, Mary spent four and a half years at True Search, partnering with venture capital, growth equity, and private equity firms on hires across both investing and firm leadership roles. Her work ranged from placing investment professionals from the Associate level through General Partner, to key non-investing leadership roles, including CFO, Head of Capital Formation, and Operating Partners. Over time, Mary expanded her focus to include both operating and investing roles, supporting companies and funds as they build the teams that help drive their next stage of growth.

Mary began her career in TMT Investment Banking and High Yield Credit Sales at Bank of America before transitioning into executive search, where she discovered a passion for working closely with founders, investors, and operators as they build and scale companies.

Outside of work, Mary enjoys spending time outdoors and exploring New York City with her Bernedoodle puppy. She is often trying to squeeze in a yoga or Pilates class and loves long walks around the city with a good podcast.
