With more than a decade of experience partnering with high-growth startups, MB has led searches across engineering, product, data, design, go-to-market, and executive leadership. Most recently, she spent nearly two years embedded with Boulevard, helping the company scale through a period of rapid growth by partnering closely with executives on some of its most important hires. She thrives in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where curiosity, sound judgment, and strong relationships matter as much as recruiting expertise.

An early adopter of AI, MB embraces technology to eliminate busywork and create space for what she believes has always been at the heart of great recruiting: understanding businesses deeply, building genuine relationships, and helping leaders make better hiring decisions.

Outside of work, MB enjoys hunting for antique jewelry and vintage treasures, discovering boutique hotels and great restaurants, and traveling with her husband and two children.
