Shannon Sellers is a technical recruiter with over a decade of experience building teams at companies including Lattice, Segment/Twilio, Yelp, Facebook, and Google.

She spent nearly four years at Lattice as a Staff Technical Recruiter, where she hired across every function - Engineering, Design, GTM, and G&A - and partnered directly with the CEO, CTO, and SVP of Engineering on business-critical leadership hires. She built out Lattice's engineering team in Portugal, helped launch interviewer training used company-wide, and led a revamp of the SWE interview process that helped the team surpass aggressive hiring goals during a major growth push. Earlier in her career, she recruited engineering and product talent at Segment (acquired by Twilio) and Yelp, and supported technical hiring at Facebook and Google.

Shannon is known as a steady, strategic partner who thrives on the hardest searches and for consistently building diverse teams, averaging 50% hires from underrepresented groups throughout her career. She's also a natural mentor, regularly sought out by newer recruiters for guidance on process, offers, and candidate navigation.

Shannon lives in San Francisco, and outside of work enjoys live music, traveling with her partner, DIY home projects, and spending time with her cats.
