Julie Ann has spent 8+ years as a trusted partner to some of Silicon Valley’s most ambitious teams. For her, recruiting has never been about just filling seats; it’s about finding those rare and talented individuals who can help turn a great idea into a market leader.

Before joining CoCreate, Julie Ann played a role in the growth of companies like Verkada and Applied Intuition, as well as other early-stage startups. She’s at her best when helping high-growth startups navigate the exciting transition from their early roots to a global scale. During her five years at Verkada, she was hands-on, building the GTM and Early Sales Careers teams from the ground up. Joining when the team was just 150 people, she supported its growth to over 2,000 employees worldwide. Along the way, she was promoted five times and hit the milestone of being the first recruiter to welcome over 100 new members to the team—a journey that took her across North America, EMEA, and APAC.

Beyond work, Julie Ann is a proud three year cancer survivor and a passionate advocate for women’s health. When she isn’t matchmaking for her clients, she is usually teaching Lagree or spending quality time with her husband, family, and pups!
