Jeff brings nearly 10 years of technical recruiting experience across all engineering domains, specializing in working with high growth, early stage startups to bring in high impact hires, while strategizing and implementing best practices. His experience has extended across several industries.

At CoCreate, Jeff spent the last 1.5 years embedded at Gamma, where he helped lead the company through their Series A + stages as they grew from 30 to 120 full time employees across their technical verticals.

Prior to that, he spent 8 years at at Motion Recruitment, focused on scaling and making crucial hires for companies across AI/ML, Full Stack, Data, Infrastructure, and embedded systems while partnering with CEOs and other decision makers on how to best scale their companies.

When not working, he is enjoying his new married life with his wife, Alannah, and their Mini Australian Shepherd, Zealand. He loves to be outdoors, surfing, snowboarding, and watching sports and his beloved Detroit sports teams, most notably hoping for a Lions Super Bowl in his lifetime.
