Courtney is a talent leader with over 15 years of experience building and scaling high-performing teams at companies including Meta, LinkedIn, Dropbox, and high-growth startups.

During nearly five years at Meta, Courtney was drove candidate volume and delivering hires for complex, business-critical roles. She led recruiting initiatives for Meta's Privacy, Security, and Integrity team, supporting organizations operating at the intersection of trust, risk, and innovation. Throughout her career, she has specialized in hiring senior-level and leadership talent, helping organizations attract individuals who can scale impact and drive long-term success. Most recently, she designed and owned the end-to-end talent process at Oakstop, a social impact startup, overseeing hiring across six locations during a period of expansion.

She brings a strategic, people-first approach to recruiting at every stage of growth. Outside of work, Courtney enjoys traveling, volunteering in her community, and spending time with family and friends.
