Christa brings over a decade of technical recruiting experience to the CoCreate team, with a track record across high-growth startups and major tech companies including Block, Kustomer (acquired by Meta), Better.com, General Assembly and Apple.

At Block, Christa spent over four years building machine learning and data science teams, partnering with engineering leaders across Cash App and Square. Before that, as Kustomer's founding technical recruiter, she grew the tech org from 12 to 100+ employees as the company scaled to 300+, partnering directly with the VP of Engineering, CTO, and VP of Product to establish interview processes and hire key technical leaders. She also co-founded Lady Bird Talent, a community built to connect women in tech to new opportunities.

Christa is known for her practical, relationship-driven approach—partnering closely with founders and technical leaders to build hiring strategies grounded in both business reality and a strong candidate experience.

Outside of work, you can find her clocking in for her second job: full-time wrangler of two toddler boys, a role that, frankly, requires just as much negotiation skill.
