Amy brings 17 years of recruiting and operational expertise to the CoCreate team, with experience navigating the complexities of various growth stages across Microsoft, Lyft, Pinterest, and Block.

Amy's career spans both technical and business recruiting. At Lyft, she joined as an early member of the recruiting team and managed software engineering hiring. At Pinterest, she managed the machine learning recruiting team through their IPO. At Block, she managed recruiting teams across business, product, marketing, and customer success—and led talent enablement and programs, building the infrastructure that allowed recruiters to operate more efficiently at scale.

She is guided by a philosophy of practicality, strong collaboration, and transparency, ensuring that hiring strategies are grounded in the reality of the business and the candidate experience.

Outside of work, Amy prioritizes quality time with her husband, two little ones, and their Corgi, and she'll never say no to a karaoke session. She also dedicates time to volunteer efforts related to fair chance hiring.
